I’m Jordi, a wildlife and conservation photographer with a strong background as a professional safari guide. I spent several years guiding in some of South Africa’s most renowned wildlife areas, working closely with a wide range of guests from around the world. Many of them were passionate photographers, and I was the dedicated guide trusted to take them into the field to find and capture meaningful moments with wildlife.
That time gave me a deep understanding of animal behavior, light, and movement. It also taught me how to read a scene, anticipate action, and create the kind of conditions that help photographers do their best work without disturbing the environment.
Now I lead photographic safaris that are shaped by that experience. Every trip is built on respect for the land, the wildlife, and the people who live there. I aim to create honest, immersive experiences that leave guests with powerful images and a deeper connection to the wild.
The Heart of My Photographic Safaris
A safari with me is not just about getting the perfect shot. It is about being out in nature, slowing down, and enjoying the experience for what it is. I try to keep things personal, relaxed, and enjoyable. Good conversation, shared moments, and a few laughs are just as important as the photography itself. I always encourage questions, and I make sure everyone feels supported and involved.
Groups are small, usually four to six people. That allows for a more private experience where there is time and space for everyone. There is no pressure to rush or tick boxes. We take our time, follow the rhythm of the bush, and wait for the moments that matter.
